GEW is exhibiting at Label Summit Latin America, which gets underway next week in Medellin, Colombia. The company has UV curing system installations across the region and will be present in Medellin once more, to build upon this successful market.
GEW will present its ArcLED hybrid UV system, which allows use of a conventional UV arc lamp or LED array on the same print unit. Both cassettes fit in the same housing and are compatible with GEW’s RHINO power supply, enabling the printer to switch between arc and LED UV curing at will.
GEW will also display its multi-point UV monitor at Label Summit Latin America, a major innovation for UV curing installations. This next-generation monitor continuously measures UV intensity across the web, making it possible to attain 100% UV inspection and to generate a UV curing certificate for every batch.
GEW’s latest arc lamp will be on show, the E4C. This lamphead offers the highest power available from the GEW range, to support the most demanding UV curing applications. The E4C cassette is fully compatible with the ArcLED system and can be retrofitted on all GEW E2C installations.
Brian Wenger, President of GEW Inc. comments: “We look forward to welcoming customers old and new to our stand, to answer any questions they may have and to do what we do best… creating bespoke UV curing solutions.”
